I asked some fellow photographers and editors what they thought needed improving on my final image. They said that my arm looked flat, so I used the burn tool to burn around the edges of the photograph, to cast a shadow as if the light source was coming from the front of the arm. This worked amazingly, and looks as if I used a studio location, when in fact I used a wall at my house!
